Role: I am the CQC Registered Manager for the organization and responsible for the day to day management of the service and head office, Ensuring that the staff are supported and trained, enabling and monitoring compliance.  I also ensure that the people we support receive a high quality of effective care and that they are supported, encouraged and empowered to live a happy and meaningful life.

Experience: 22 Years’ experience in the Health and Social Care Sector, working in various settings such as Hospitals, Domiciliary Care, Nursing and Residential homes and Supported Living Services

Qualification: GCSE’S , GNVQ - Health and Social Care - Distinction , NVQ level 2 Dementia Care, NVQ Level 3, NVQ level 4, Registered Managers Award
