I am a Regional Operational Manager, overseeing care and support services across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. With over 12 years’ experience in the care sector, I am responsible for the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of services across mental health, forensic services, elderly care (including dementia), domiciliary care, floating support, and supported living.
My role focuses on service quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and commissioning bodies to ensure our services are person-centred, outcome-focused, and fully aligned with statutory and regulatory standards. I am particularly committed to building stable, skilled teams and creating cultures where staff feel supported, listened to, and empowered to achieve meaningful outcomes.
I believe high-quality care is achieved through calm, consistent leadership, clear operational systems, and genuine collaboration. I value reflective practice, transparent communication, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring challenges are addressed thoughtfully and solutions are sustainable. My approach balances robust governance with a strong focus on the lived experience, dignity, and autonomy of those in our care.
Outside of work, I have a strong interest in creativity, particularly reading and writing, and I am deeply committed to positive social change. I enjoy reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. I believe meaningful progress in care comes from empathy, collective effort, and continuous learning.
