Paul Johnson is the Deputy Manager of Eden Residential, a bespoke children’s home he joined in 2022. With 17 years of experience supporting vulnerable children—15 of which have been spent within children’s residential care—Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, stability, and commitment to his role.
Paul is passionate about helping staff understand behaviour and attachment, supporting them to build strong, meaningful relationships with the children in their care. He firmly believes that consistent, trusting connections are the foundation for positive outcomes, emotional growth, and long-term resilience.
Outside of work, Paul is a proud father of three. He enjoys fishing, gaming, and exploring cuisines from around the world—interests that reflect his curiosity, patience, and balanced approach to both life and leadership.
