I have 25 years experience in Managing Health and Social Care Services’. My career has varied with different client Groups. Since 2008 I have been managing services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs, this has included 8 years of managing Nursing homes for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs and behaviours of concern.
I currently hold an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Managing Health & Social Care and Children’s Services which gained in 2012. I am currently undertaking a Level 7 in Senior Leadership.
I enjoy spending Time with the people I care about. I enjoy arranging dinner parties, visiting my dad in Spain to enjoy the sunshine, and his company of course!. I love my job and enjoy helping people. I love problem solving and making things better.
