Mr Chris Graham
Title: National Operations Director
Role: Directing inspirational leadership strategically to attain excellence in leading people to face the challenges, the risks and the prospects of what we could collectively achieve by empowering people’s lives continuously in delivering the highest standards of quality care and support.
Experience: I have worked in health and social care for 9 (nine) years, in a variety of roles. I worked my way up from support worker to other roles such as peripatetic manager, national operations manager, registered manager with the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and a quality and compliance manager. I have experience working with adults and children who have complex health needs/ physical and learning disabilities inclusive of mental health and behaviours that challenge across residential, nursing and supported living services.
Qualification: BTEC Level 3 (three) National Diploma Public services / Level 5 (five) Advanced Diploma in Hospitality management & Business studies / NVQ Level 7 health and social care management, adults and children.
Interests: I enjoy keeping fit, especially running. I love to travel and learn about different cultures/ history and religion. Music is my passion and I enjoy going to festivals and concerts.
