Our experienced Registered Managers at our care homes are committed to ensuring that this process is as stress free as possible, by providing individuals and their families with comprehensive information about the specific care home.

On the day you wish to view the home, the Manager or Deputy Manager will meet with you and your family to talk you through the process, accompany you to view the accommodation and meet the staff team on duty.

The cornerstone of our care and support is based on the principle of encouraging people to retain their independence for as long as possible. This means that our staff and Activity co-ordinators will motivate and support you either on a one-to-one basis, or within a group to participate with the in-house or community-based activities, which helps to prevent loneliness and encourages peer group interaction.
